While we work to diversify our business, and ensure a just transition for all of our employees, we are also continuing long-standing training and development programming. These help to maximize the potential of each employee today and attract the best talent the world has to offer. Programming includes standardized onboarding, operation-specific trainings, and ongoing learning opportunities. We also conduct regular performance evaluations to assess potential, upskill and address gaps, as well as identify future training needs. TBS also organizes specialized training for employees who are about to retire, helping them prepare for their retirement, either by starting their own business or by finding another job.
